Adopted Kitties

Kitty of the Week:  Jester

Please also check out our Dog of the Week

Jester

Jester was found as a stray drinking from a heated water fountain in below freezing temperatures. There’s no doubt that he was in really rough shape – thin, flea ridden, filthy, matted and suffering from a very nasty upper respiratory infection.

Once Jester was fed, given clean sheets and treated for his medical conditions, he knew he was onto a good thing. In just days he cleaned himself up and is now the incredibly handsome regal guy you see in the photos.

JesterEven at his worst, Jester had a very regal air about him and still displays this amazingly calm, reserved demeanor around other cats, dogs and a lot of activity going on around him. Jester loves to eat and is now one big strapping fellow.

Jester has the most unusual markings -  perhaps part Siamese (those BLUE eyes), Persian, Himalayan – we’re not sure but whatever it is he sure is handsome and he is a manx – look mom no tail!

He is up-to-date with routine shots, litter box trained and has been neutered. He has tested negative for FeLV.

Our adoption fee of $75.00 includes a free vet visit with one of our participating veterinarians.   All of our cats have been spayed or neutered, tested for Feline Leukemia, vaccinated for rabies and distemper and have been treated, if necessary, for fleas and parasites.

Please contact us if you're interested in meeting him or any of our other cats and kittens.  You can also visit some of our other cats and kittens at the PetSmart stores in Ithaca and Horseheads.

Please contact us TODAY.  Call us at 607.594.2255 and leave a message or send us an email.

He's been adopted!  This video was shot during one of our spay/neuter clinics. Can you tell we spoil our kitties?  Buttons is in residence at our clinic facilty and normally runs free, but during clinic days we had to confine him to a crate and he's so good-natured about it.  He loves belly rubs, head rubs, chin rubs and is such a wonderful cat.
